our offices in December 2004.
Hi Jacquie,
Just a
quick mail to say a huge thank you for your advice on your
Lapland
tours / holidays .....we all had a brilliant day,
the people were very
friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The smile on Lucy's face was picture I will always
remember.
I must say a big thank you to you, again nothing
was too much trouble and you kept me sane when the tickets didn't
turn up! in fact you had a
brilliant knack in making me (the
worlds tightest man) part with my
money!!
The reaction
from my family was more than worth it.....thank you, your a
star,
it's was very refreshing to get the kind of service we all hope
for
but rarely receive! and you have a sense of humour that I'm
sure many
people appreciate when calling
I will
see if you can extract more money in the future from me when I
look to travel again.

The following is an extract of a very
FUNNY letter we received in our offices
in December 2002.
Dear Sirs
On our visit to
Lapland we had the following problems
The hotel was a 5 minute walk
uphill for meals and to get to the activities.
It took us at least 45
minutes to return to our cabin on the sledge provided as
WE WERE HAVING TOO MUCH
FUN
The cabin had a log fire
The
heat from the fire made us sleepy after getting in from our 45
minute return from the hotel
The food in the
restaurant
The problem is THE FOOD WAS SO
GOOD and the STAFF SO FRIENDLY we ate too much, and
this also made the return longer...

Forget
the kids!, I've seen a few Santa's in my time, but THIS WAS THE BEST
EVER
The Entire
trip
The problem is WE
ALL WANT TO GO BACK AGAIN AS IT ALL WENT TOO FAST
(except the 45 minute trip back to the log
cabin)

"...having TOO much
fun"
My son Karl was
spellbound from the moment we lifted off from England, on board the
plane the service was terrific, the cabin crew wore santa
hats and Carol singing was enjoyed by all.
When we
touched down in Lapland we were greeted by a reindeer (on the
tarmac) and from then on the MAGIC continued....
Terrific
service & quality. TRANSUN were terrific
throughout.......
Just seeing my sons face throughout the
trip was worth every penny, and the magic of meeting Santa bought a
tear to everyone's eyes.

cannot express what a great time we had in Lapland.
The cost was
worth every penny when my grandson, Edward, met Father Christmas.
